About the Role: The Senior Associate provides foundational execution and analytical support across access, policy, and commercial operations. This role is ideal for candidates early in their careers who are eager to build expertise, take on increasing responsibility, and use AI-driven tools to work smarter and faster. This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week. Responsibilities: Support execution of access, policy, and commercial operations initiatives. Conduct research, data gathering, and basic analysis related to reimbursement, policy, and operations. Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation. Maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational materials. Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content development. Collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers to meet timelines and objectives.
