We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Marketing Operations Manager to join us on our journey. ABOUT THE ROLE The Marketing Operations Manager enables a high-performing marketing organization through systems, data, and process optimization. This role focuses on ensuring that marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and efficient, with clear visibility into campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize the lead lifecycle, improve marketing performance, and drive better decision-making through data. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will translate marketing requirements into scalable solutions, while applying automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight generation. EXPERIENCE - 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment. - Marketo Expertise: Must be a Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) OR possess 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Marketo. - Hands-on experience supporting campaign execution, demand generation, and marketing performance tracking. - Deep experience working with modern marketing and CRM tools, specifically Salesforce CRM. - Advanced MarTech (Preferred): - Experience with marketing attribution tools, specifically Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible). - Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is highly desirable. - Experience working with marketing data, reporting, campaign analysis, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Amplitude). - Exposure to automation or AI-enabled tools in marketing workflows or reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS & EXECUTION - Support the execution of marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and documentation - Maintain campaign tracking frameworks to ensure consistent reporting - Partner with Demand Generation to ensure campaigns are measurable and structured for performance analysis LEAD LIFECYCLE & FUNNEL MANAGEMENT - Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurture programs - Ensure clear handoff between Marketing and Sales through defined processes and data consistency - Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality, including progression from MQL to SQL and beyond MARKETING ATTRIBUTION & PERFORMANCE - Support marketing attribution and campaign performance analysis across channels - Track and report on key marketing metrics, including conversion across lifecycle stages (e.g., MQL → SQL → pipeline) and overall pipeline contribution - Translate performance data into actionable insights for marketing stakeholders TECHNOLOGY & TOOLS MANAGEMENT - Administer and optimize Marketo and support marketing use of Salesforce CRM - Own the administration and optimization of Intercom for customer-facing communications, ensuring it is properly configured to leverage product usage data for precise audience targeting. - Ensure systems are properly integrated and aligned with marketing workflows - Support the adoption and optimization of tools such as Gong where relevant to marketing insights - Contribute to improving workflows through automation and AI-enabled tooling DATA ANALYTICS & REPORTING - Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing KPIs - Analyze marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement - Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support marketing decision-making DATA QUALITY & GOVERNANCE
