Position Description: This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO of Host as a Chief of Staff, playing a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of the business. In this role, you will gain broad exposure across all areas of the company, with a primary focus on driving value creation initiatives, supporting strategic priorities, and working closely with the CEO and wider leadership team. You will be involved in both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic projects, helping to drive performance and execute on key business objectives. You will gain hands-on experience in scaling a software business, working across functions such as commercial, product, operations, and finance, and contributing to the overall growth journey of Host. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive key strategic and operational initiatives across Host. Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects spanning product, sales, marketing, and operations, acting as a right hand to the CEO. Support the execution of key business priorities, helping to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and performance improvement. Work across teams to improve alignment, communication, and execution on critical initiatives. Provide analytical and operational support on decision-making, including preparing insights, tracking performance, and driving follow-through. Gain hands-on experience in scaling a software business, building the foundation for future leadership roles within Host or the wider group.
