Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Loan Vision helps mortgage lenders automate accounting operations, improve financial visibility, and drive operational efficiency. About the Role Loan Vision is hiring a Vice President, Product Strategy & Strategic Partnerships to lead the strategic direction of the company's product portfolio, partnerships ecosystem, and long-term innovation roadmap. This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining what we build, why we build it, and how we bring it to market. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership across Product Management while driving strategic partnerships, customer-centric innovation, and AI-enabled product initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline with strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and experience within Microsoft Dynamics, ERP platforms, financial software, or related enterprise technology environments. The Role Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership Define and own Loan Vision's long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap Lead portfolio prioritization across core product enhancements, AI initiatives, strategic investments, and new product opportunities Identify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative products and services Balance customer needs, market demand, technical feasibility, and business objectives when making product decisions Act as executive sponsor for Loan Vision's AI strategy and future intelligent automation initiatives Product Management Leadership Lead and develop the Product Management function Establish and evolve product management frameworks, governance, prioritization processes, and best practices Oversee roadmap planning, backlog strategy, release planning, advisory boards, and product lifecycle management Partner closely with Development, Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams Drive accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the product organization Strategic Partnerships & Growth Lead Loan Vision's Buy, Build, Partner strategy Evaluate opportunities to build internally, partner externally, or pursue strategic acquisitions Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic technology partnerships Develop partner relationships that expand product capabilities and ecosystem value Assess emerging technologies and market opportunities that support long-term growth Customer & Market Leadership Serve as the executive voice of the customer Lead Product Advisory Board initiatives and customer feedback programs Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product strategy Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technolog
