Diligent Market Intelligence (DMI) is the data and intelligence arm of Diligent, delivering SaaS platforms, data feeds, and analytics that help organizations navigate governance, shareholder activism, and market dynamics. Our clients include asset managers, investment banks, law firms, corporate advisors, and governance leaders, all relying on high-quality intelligence to support critical decisions around shareholder engagement, activism defense, corporate governance, and strategic transactions. We’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive focused on net-new business and expansion. This is a pure hunter role - owning outbound, building pipeline from scratch, and winning new logos + expansion in a complex, high-value enterprise environment. What You’ll Do Own new logo acquisition across a defined territory and a target clients list Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound (cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals) Run full-cycle sales: discovery → demo → negotiation → close Sell into senior and executive stakeholders across financial services, governance, and advisory firms Position DMI’s data and SaaS solutions as strategic, revenue-driving tools Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting What We’re Looking For 5+ years of net-new business / hunter sales experience (must-have) Proven track record of consistently exceeding new logo targets Experience selling enterprise SaaS, data, or analytics solutions Strong outbound motion - comfortable building pipeline from scratch Executive presence with ability to sell to C-level stakeholders Highly driven, competitive, and motivated by winning new business What Success Looks Like Consistent new logo wins in target accounts Strong self-generated pipeline (not marketing-reliant) High activity, high conversion, and disciplined deal execution Why This Role Join the business during an inflection point in the industry with DMI delivering a new disruptive product with resounding demand.
