About the Role This role combines advanced instructional design expertise with project management responsibility. We are seeking a senior-level Instructional Designer who can both design cutting‑edge ethics and compliance learning and manage development and customization projects from intake through delivery. Our Compliance Education programs are practitioner-built and grounded in how employees actually experience ethical dilemmas at work. This position will focus primarily on customer customization projects, while also supporting the development and launch of new learning products. What You’ll Do Lead the design of highly customizable, scenario-based ethics and compliance training. Integrate adult learning best practices and meaningful gamification. Manage learning development and customization projects end-to-end. Balance customer customization work with new product development. Collaborate closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and evolving customer interactions. Encourage responsible use of AI-supported tools while preserving design judgment.
