How will your day-to-day look? Lead EMEA people experience and workplace - own the end-to-end employee experience and workplace operations for our Israel office and remote EMEA team Champion exceptional employee programs - design and drive recognition and engagement initiatives from planning to execution that make Guidde a place where people thrive Manage people operations - oversee projects, benefits, and build scalable processes that empower teams and keep information accessible Be the face and heartbeat of our Israel office - manage day-to-day workplace operations, vendor relationships, and foster an environment where productivity and connection thrive Own the EMEA people experience budget - handle annual financial planning, monitor expenditure, and maximize impact across workplace and people initiatives Partner as a founding global HR team member - collaborate to build cohesive people practices and create an exceptional Guidder culture worldwide What You'll Need to Thrive 3-5 years in people operations or workplace - preferably in high-growth startup environments where you've worn multiple hats and owned outcomes True all-arounder with a doer mindset - equally comfortable planning a big culture event, designing engagement programs, and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives Budget and vendor management experience - proven ability to manage spend, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors while maximizing ROI Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to juggle multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems before they escalate Process builder mentality - experience creating scalable people operations workflows and continuously optimizing the employee experience Based in Israel with hybrid availability - ability to be in our Israel office 3 days per week as an active presence for the team Bonus points if you have: Experience working with global, distributed teams across time zones and cultures An adaptable, nimble approach - skilled at building for scale while flexing with evolving business needs Curiosity about new tools and approaches that make work better Your journey with Guidde Leave Your Mark: Join the founding global HR team and lead people experience and workplace for EMEA as we build one of the most exceptional cultures in SaaS Work Your Way (Hybrid): Flexible arrangement with 3 days per week in our Israel office, collaborating with our US-based team Innovate Together: Partner with the EMEA executive team and US HR colleagues to shape how we support,
