People Ops and Workplace Specialist

ROLE You're the person who makes things work. You catch the broken AV setup before the all-hands starts, know a new hire's start date before their manager does, and ensure our Redwood City office runs like a well-oiled machine. This role is the execution layer for People Operations in Redwood City. You'll manage daily office operations, execute onboarding, support our recruiting function, and build the systems and documentation that help us scale. NOTE: This role is onsite at our Redwood City Office at least 3 days a week.
