This is a new role created to strengthen the company’s ability to successfully deliver complex initiatives while also building greater capability around change adoption and business readiness. This position will play an important role in helping establish and embed change management as a new discipline within the organization . In addition to supporting projects from initiation through implementation, this role will help introduce change management practices, tools, and ways of working that support leaders, teams, and stakeholders through change. The ideal candidate brings expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption, along with the ability to help build awareness and maturity in change management across the company. The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized leader who can manage both execution and adoption and comfortable stepping into a newly created role and helping define, shape, and evolve it over time. Ideally this person will be effective at balancing project delivery with the people side of change and able to influence leaders and stakeholders while establishing credibility and be comfortable working across business and technical functions. Location: This is a hybrid position with in-person and remote schedule flexibility based out of Denver, CO. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $145k and $155k, depending on experience level. Primary Responsibilities Change Management Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support project and business objectives. Conduct impact assessments to evaluate how changes affect people, processes, systems, and organizational structures. Create stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness plans.
