THE ROLE We are looking for a sales-driven and technically accomplished Channel Solutions Engineer to join our team in the DACH region, ideally based in Munich. In this senior pre-sales and partner enablement role, you will be at the heart of Keepit's partner-led go-to-market strategy working with Systems Integrators, Resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and distributors. You will partner closely with DACH Channel Sales Leadership to shape strategic priorities and translate them into actionable technical enablement plans, working together with our Regional Partner Managers across the DACH region. This is a role for someone who blends deep technical expertise with commercial thinking and thrives in a fast-moving, partner-first environment. QUICK FACTS Location: Munich, Germany (DACH Region) Department: Global Solution Engineering Reports to: DACH SE Leadership Travel: Approx. 30–50% (partner visits, customer engagements, events) Languages: German and English fluency required, French as a 3rd language would be a bonus WHAT YOU'LL DO Build a community Engage with our channel partner´s consultants and SE and build a longterm relationship Establish a community of technical Keepit evangelists amongst our channel partners Partner Enablement & Onboarding Contribute to building scalable onboarding and enablement programs that take partners from activation to long-term self-sufficiency Create and facilitate technical training, workshops, webinars, demo support, and train-the-trainer sessions Develop repeatable enablement assets: playbooks, architecture guides, demo narratives, use-case alignment, and competitive positioning materials. MSP Solution Readiness Enable MSP partners to operationalize Keepit within repeatable managed service offerings. Advise on customer onboarding models, service packaging, technical delivery readiness, and scalable best practices that build profitable recurring business. Distribution & Scale Serve as a technical advisor to distributors and distribution-based technical resources. Support technical recruitment, downstream partner activation, certification readiness, and enablement at scale. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with DACH & SE leadership, Regional Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Support, and Channel teams. Capture technical objections, market feedback, and product enhancement opportunities, and turn them into actionable recommendations for Keepit’s Product team. WHAT YOU BRING Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience. 6+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, partner engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role. 3+ years supporting channel partners (MSPs, GSIs, distributors, resellers, or strategic alliances). Proven ability to lead technical discovery, solution positioning, demos, and architecture discussions with both business and technical audiences. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders from technical practitioners to partner leadership. Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% as required. Preferred Experience in SaaS backup and recovery, cloud data protection, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, compliance, or adjacent enterprise software. Familiarity with protecting SaaS envir
