About the Role: Limit Break Studios is looking for an entrepreneurial and performance driven Vice President of Marketing and Growth to lead all aspects of marketing. Building our internal Performance Marketing and User Acquisition capabilities through hands on operational leadership will be a high priority, but the role is a very broad and hands-on “builder” role with a large business impact, which includes managing go-to-market strategy, marketing channels, corporate and product positioning, branding, market research, user research, community management, influencer/creator relations, PR, and media strategy and buying. As a member of our leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Marketing & Growth is responsible for the company’s marketing and growth strategy, analytics, and operations. The VP collaborates with the executive team to drive Limit Break’s long term business success. This is a very unique and exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing executive to build, own, and grow the leading global games industry. You will have the opportunity to: Identify, Collaborate with the full Executive team to develop and achieve the Company’s vision and Growth strategy. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven UA plans aligned with business goals (growth, retention, LTV). Team Leadership: Manage and mentor UA managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Budget & P&L: Oversee large budgets, managing media spend, tools, headcount, and creative resources. Channel Management: Operate across major networks (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) and emerging platforms (CTV, rewarded video). Creative Optimization: Master UA creative trends (Playables, UGC, video) and drive testing to find winning concepts. Data & Analytics: Interpret performance data, generate insights, and use analytics to optimize campaigns and forecast LTV. Design and lead the marketing strategy and direct the execution of all marketing activities to achieve Limit Breaks business targets and to drive awareness, traffic, adoption and revenues. Design and execute marketing strategy and campaigns leveraging audience and network aggregation with key target audiences. Build, lead and grow a high-performing marketing organization that is exceptional at executing initiatives, communicating and collaborating. Design brand positioning, value proposition and messaging strategy across channels to drive market awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty. Identify value proposition, product positioning, and key messages, write creative briefs to ensure production of best-in-class creatives. Build and deploy grassroots marketing programs to drive players to the Core Games, Partner with your peers in Product Management and Finance to drive adoption, engagement and revenues with an efficient and effective marketing budget. Leverage Community Management to drive new audiences and increase engagement across the platform.
