Responsibilities Architect and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions that transform complex datasets into actionable insights aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities . Lead business and stakeholder discussions to translate business challenges into robust technical and analytical solutions. Design and implement business KPI frameworks and metrics hierarchies that enable consistent performance tracking and informed decision-making. Generate deep business insights that go beyond reporting to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities for growth, efficiency, and performance improvement. Design, develop, and optimize business dashboards, queries, data models, and semantic layers to ensure performance, scalability, and usability. Contribute to and guide the development of modern data architectures that support scalable analytics and evolving business needs. Drive data-driven decision-making by aligning analytics outputs with business strategy and operational priorities. Establish and maintain best practices, documentation standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks for analytics and reporting solutions. Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and business teams , mentor team members, and manage multiple engagements to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Experience and Qualifications 8–12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Platforms . Proven experience leading analytics programs, data platforms, or enterprise BI initiatives . Deep expertise in data modeling, semantic layers, and scalable analytics architecture . Strong experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams . Demonstrated ability to drive data strategy, analytics adoption, and business impact . Experience mentoring teams and managing multiple delivery streams simultaneously . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights. Exposure to domains such as BFSI, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Marketing is a plus. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in dynamic environments. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience designing Gold layers and Semantic layers within modern data architectures. Familiarity with AI-driven conversational chatbots and intelligent reporting assistants . Exposure to AI-powered control towers and advanced monitoring solutions .
