Join us in our mission to spread smiles across Asia! Job Descriptions Support Zenyum’s on-ground marketing activations by representing the brand at roadshows and offline events. As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Zenyum—engaging the public, introducing our products and invisible aligners, and generating quality leads for Smile Checks and dental appointments. You're a fit for this role, if you:- 18 years old and above No prior experience required (training will be provided) Willingness to learn and interact with the public Comfortable communicating in English Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement & Lead Generation Proactively approach and engage passers-by at roadshow locations Introduce and promote Zenyum products and invisible aligners Engage and qualify potential customers based on campaign objectives Capture leads for Smile Checks and dental appointments On-Ground Execution Support daily roadshow setup and teardown activities Manage product stock and conduct end-of-event stock takes Ensure accurate lead capture and basic reporting Brand Representation Represent Zenyum professionally and in line with brand guidelines Deliver a positive, friendly, and consistent brand experience Assist with ad-hoc on-ground tasks as required Working Schedule Weekdays and weekends (AM / PM shifts) 8 hours per shift (inclusive of a 1-hour break)
