Why You’ll Love This Role 💖 As our Head of Growth, you'll play an integral role in our growing company. We're looking for a commercially driven growth leader to own Hertility's direct-to-consumer revenue growth across our testing, clinical services, subscriptions and app products. You'll be accountable for customer acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value, ensuring we continue to scale efficiently whilst delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. This is a hands on leadership role. You'll lead an in house team and manage our growth contractors and agency relationships, owning the customer journey from awareness through to retention and advocacy. You'll be accountable for the commercial performance of the DTC business, including acquisition efficiency, conversion, retention, LTV and contribution margin. You'll work closely with Product, Clinical, Commercial and Brand teams to identify opportunities across customer experience, pricing, packaging, positioning and new product launches. You'll be responsible for balancing short-term revenue growth with long-term brand building, ensuring Hertility continues to grow sustainably. What You’ll Be Doing 🌟 Customer Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end customer acquisition plan aligned to commercial growth targets. Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across web and channels, including, but not limited to, paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google), partnerships, affiliate, influencer, and emerging channels. Plan and manage marketing budgets, optimising for efficiency (CAC), volume, and LTV potential. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through channel testing, audience insights, and experimentation. Performance & Growth Marketing: Own and lead the acquisition channel strategy, assessing and recommending opportunities across owned, earned, and paid media. Collaborate with channel owners, contractors and creative teams to align on business objectives and ensure delivery against acquisition KPIs. Drive improvements in conversion from awareness to purchase by partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, CRM, Clinical, and Research teams, testing and rolling out optimisations in messaging, customer journey, pricing, and UX. Use performance data and customer insights to continually optimise campaigns, forecast funnels, and shape future acquisition strategy.
