You'll also be the first line of resolution when products need troubleshooting or warranty repairs, bridging the gap between customers, the sales team, and the warehouse. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Receiving, allocating, and reconciling stock for sales while conducting regular audits to ensure all inventory is accurately tracked — including overseeing returns to the warehouse and maintaining the depot to a high physical standard - Troubleshooting product issues, coordinating in-warranty repairs, and handling customer interactions with care and efficiency to ensure seamless service delivery - Producing daily stock status reports that provide the transparency and data needed to keep our retail operations running without gaps. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Demonstrable experience in stock management or a customer-facing operations role, ideally within a retail or logistics environment - Strong command of Excel and the ability to analyse stock data, identify trends, and act on discrepancies with precision - A college diploma or degree in a relevant field, paired with sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy in everything you touch.
