Robot Technician

As a Robot Technician, you will be playing a critical role on the Customer Success Team. You will work alongside onsite and remote engineering staff to deploy the next generation of warehouse robotic systems, executing preventative maintenance and incident triage. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robots while in the field. You will also help provide technical support and training to our customers. This position requires a technician who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves in an early-stage startup environment, working smart and hard to keep our fleet operating at its maximum potential. The annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 ; the final compensation for this role will be based on the candidate’s unique skills and experience.
