As a People Shared Services Associate at our organization, your responsibilities include employee data management such as contract administration, certificate generation, benefit data administration, and archiving personnel documents in Workday, while maintaining high-quality HR master and movement data. Ensuring data accuracy, updating records, and reporting issues to the team are crucial aspects of your role. You'll collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc admin processes to support operational efficiency. What you’ll do Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc. Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration. Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system. Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents. Maintain and update competence file and support in electronic filing system structure. Maintains HR master data and movement data in the system by to ensuring high Degree of data quality. Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant document management. Ensures document archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system. Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization. Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable. Keeps the data updated in Workday and corrects whenever applicable data if needed. Ensures data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities. Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time. What you’ll bring Qualifications With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or related field. With at least two (2) years of solid and comprehensive experience in the same capacity. Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle. Has proven skills in managing, understanding, and executing of ERP systems and tools, database functionality, and reporting. Proficient in employee data process managemen
