S'more about the team: We're hiring an Analyst to join our Supply Chain Data and Analytics team within our broader NA Supply Chain Enablement and Insights organization. This role sits at the intersection of procurement analytics, cost reporting, and master data – supporting COGS tracking, supplier data integrity, and analytics tooling across HelloFresh's North American brands. In order to continuously improve and evolve, we work cross-functionally across all of the business from procurement to purchasing and leverage a modern tech stack to automate and improve our tools. To succeed, you'll need a strong sense of ownership, analytical and organizational abilities, and a keen interest in how good data, processes, and tools can drive better decision-making. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for: Take ownership of several operationally critical tools and processes, managing and executing at the rhythm required by the business Support weekly and monthly COGS reporting across HelloFresh NA brands, assisting with variance identification, data validation, and cost reconciliation Be the primary subject-matter-expert for all inputs, outputs, structures, and process flows that impact or are impacted by your responsibilities Contribute to SKU and supplier master data processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness across procurement and supply chain systems Interact cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure business processes are executed as designed and achieving desired outcomes Continuously improve tools, analysis, and presentation techniques while adapting to an expanding business and an evolving landscape of Supply Chain technology Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for: 1+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity, including responsibility for: Undergraduate degree in fields such as Business Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Accounting, or other relevant area of study Excellent quantitative and analytical skills – able to gather, organize, analyze, visualize, and present data to enable decision-making Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with preference for ability to automate within spreadsheets Experience with SQL in a professional or academic environment, to quickly enable the continued ownership and refinement of existing queries and scripts, and the development of new ones Basic to intermediate knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g. Python, R, etc.), with significant interest in further developing these skills Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau), with significant interest in further developing these skills Familiarity with cost accounting, financial reporting, or P&L concepts – or a strong interest in developing this understanding in a supply chain context Strong verbal and written communication abilities – able to convey the most important information to stakeholders, and to be effective in both technical and non-technical (business) situations You are: A natural owner - You are super reliable and thoughtful in managing your responsibilities, you care about the outcome and quality of your work, and you earn the trust of your colleagues A data-driven critical thinker and problem solver - You use data and logic to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, evaluate alternatives, and synthesize and present critical information to solve complex problems Intellectually curious - You have an insatiable desire to understand why things are the way they are, how things work, and to challenge the status quo; you search for information and answers in an evolving landscape Detail oriented - you complete each task as flawlessly as possible before moving to the next task Agile and organized - You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic
