As a member of our Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) team, you will understand the inner workings of how to use data along with optimized creatives, orchestrated across channels to craft compelling customer experiences with the HelloFresh brands. Candidates must have a passion for CRM marketing (with email being a major component!) and be able to independently solve marketing problems and obstacles, develop multiple cross-functional relationships, and adapt to the needs of the business to work towards set goals. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for Be part of our international CRM Operations department with teams in Toronto (CA), New York (USA) and Berlin (Germany). Oversee the creation, management and optimization of CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and app. Build and optimize complex & personalized journeys within our CRM platforms to drive business impact and retention for prospect, active and lapsed customers by treating CRM as a core product feature. Partner cross-functionally with Audience Managers, Engineers, Product and Marketing Analytics teams to translate customer insights and business targets into scalable MarTech programs and customer opportunities that drive future growth. Own end-to-end campaign operations — including execution, QA, and monitoring — while providing expert channel guidance to the Commercial Strategy teams to ensure high-performing communication formats that meet HelloFresh’s standards and best practices. Understand data and events that trigger our programs, building in checks and automating processes to streamline and work more efficiently. Test, iterate, share results, repeat! Staying ahead of industry trends through regular experimentation while keeping partners in the loop and updating on performance of projects is required to be successful. Diligently work to improve the customer experience in an ongoing way – thinking critically about what is right for the customer, developing new projects and figuring out how to implement. Here's what we're looking for Bachelor's degree – in the field of business, marketing, engineering or data science. 3+ years of CRM expertise, especially in the execution of CRM campaigns including hands-on experience with any CRM platform. Experiences with Iterable, Knak, Hightouch, CDP (Treasure Data) are a plus (not mandatory). Experience managing cross-functional projects from initial planning through to successful completion. Expertise in managing complex segmentation strategies and multi-channel customer lifecycle programs. Data-driven mindset with a background in running and analyzing experiments to create insights that translate into business strategy. You are: A CRM marketing enthusiast with exceptional project management skills and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines while juggling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Ready to collaborate with relevant teams and passionate about working cross-functional with commercial partners as well as technical partners, with strong interpersonal skills to explain complex topics with ease.
