By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh’s products, today and in the future. About the role: What's in the Box HelloFresh's Loyalty & Referrals tribe accounts for two of the most strategic levers in the business: deepening relationships with existing customers and establishing channels for those customers to bring in new ones. A Principal Product Manager is required to anchor the loyalty program and partner across the tribe's broader work on referrals and virality. The loyalty program is a points-based program where customers earn rewards for meaningful actions. Because it can attach points to any customer behavior, it is one of HelloFresh's most strategically important products and a lever for every product or commercial strategy pursued. The role also involves collaborating alongside the team leading the referrals program, one of HelloFresh's most important acquisition channels. Depending on where the greater need is during the engagement, the provider may also assume accountability for specific initiatives in this space, including new virality mechanics beyond the traditional refer-a-friend model. This role does not include people management responsibilities. At HelloTech, flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are core to how we work. While this role is aligned to a specific Alliance, strong candidates may also be considered for opportunities across different teams or projects. What you’ll do: The Recipe Drive accountability for the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for the loyalty program. Ship the milestones that move the business near-term, and balance them against bets that pay off over a longer horizon. Build the metric framework that connects customer behavior to program performance and commercial outcomes. Partner closely with marketing and CRM counterparts on program communications, reward economics, and commercial strategy. Manage external vendor relationships where they exist, evaluating partnerships continuously, and identifying where to build versus buy. Engage directly with C-level and senior leadership to communicate program direction, decisions, and results. Partner closely with the team leading referrals and virality to maximize ideas that span both domains. What you’ll bring: The Ingredients Significant experience as a product lead at a large-scale B2C company—building consumer products at scale with a strong intuition for customer behavior and emotional drivers. Strong UX instincts and genuine insights into what makes an excellent customer experience. A data-driven, commercial mindset —knowing how to find the right balance between program generosity and business liability. Executive presence: comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders, defending strategic tradeoffs, and working at a high level of visibility.
