Real Chemistry is looking for a VP, Brand Strategy to join our growing team! 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, takes an innovative approach to advertising, and focusing on making healthcare more human. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. What you’ll do: A LEADER OF EFFECTIVENESS: To be the brand and strategy leader. You will be the go-to person for brand and communications strategy, giving our creative firepower direction and focus. A CREATIVE AND BUSINESS PARTNER: To partner with the wider team (client service, creative, insight, medical & activation) on the marketing challenges clients bring to us, from long-term strategic brand development assignments to immediate tactical needs, applying class-leading thinking to help structure and direct our response to be as effective as possible. A QUALITY CONTROLLER: To make sure of any work we do meet the high standards we all expect. AN INSPIRING TEACHER: To inspire and develop the 21GRAMS team and clients through strategic thought-leadership, helping educate and shape the team’s skills and capabilities to foster further success for all. A STUDENT OF BRANDS & IDEAS: To work with the 21GRAMS World strategy team (global) in the development of approaches, models, techniques and thought-leadership pieces that ensure we are at the forefront of brand strategy. A BRINGER OF INFECTIOUS ENTHUSIASM: To partner with 21GRAMS and Real Chemistry colleagues to create and deliver appealing new business ideas, proposals, presentations. A VERY HAPPY CREATOR.
