Integrated Marketing Manager – TV/Radio & Lead Generation

About the role Window Nation is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive lead generation performance across a portfolio of markets. This is a B2C, direct-response marketing role focused on generating leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on marketing investment. This is not a digital-only marketing position and is not a brand marketing role. We're looking for someone with recent, meaningful experience managing TV and/or radio advertising alongside digital marketing, who understands how to optimize performance across multiple channels and multiple markets simultaneously. You will be responsible for analyzing market performance, reallocating budgets, managing vendors, and identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
