Within Field Marketing & Community Growth at Tacto, you'll build the physical layer of our go-to-market - hands-on, from day one. You plan and run customer events, executive dinners, and co-hosted formats with big industry players. You coordinate speakers, manage logistics, chase down every detail, and make sure the experience delivers. At the same time, you help grow our community platform and develop new formats nobody in B2B has tried before. The goal: turn physical presence into one of our most powerful growth levers. YOUR TASKS - Run the Show: Executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, partner summits - you run events end-to-end. From first idea to last follow-up. - Build the Community: Help build the go-to community for procurement and manufacturing leaders in Europe. Not a mailing list - a space people identify with, learn from, and keep coming back to. - Invent New Formats: Kill boring panels. Help create event formats nobody in B2B has tried before - things that spark real conversations and that people talk about weeks later. - Scale What Works: Formats like Atoms & Bits (our flagship event) already have traction. Help take them from good to iconic - bigger, sharper, more frequent. - Become AI-Native: Use AI tools across your entire workflow - from research and outreach to planning and content. You'll work in one of the most AI-forward teams in European B2B and learn to operate at a speed most marketing teams can't match. - Open New Markets: Work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Value to turn events into pipeline and brand equity - and help bring Tacto's community presence to new geographies across Europe and into the US. YOUR PROFILE - You've already organized things people actually showed up for and loved it. And you're hungry for more. - You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in building initiatives from the ground up, embracing a hands-on approach. - You're a natural connector. You bring people together, build relationships that last. - You're reliable and detail-oriented.
