YOUR IMPACT Industrial procurement is one of the largest, most consequential, and most under-digitized parts of the European economy. We've found product-market fit and already built the leading Procurement Intelligence platform that 300+ manufacturers run on every day. Now we're going after the largest industrial groups in DACH - DAX-listed industrials, multi-billion-Euro family-owned Hidden Champions, global German exporters - and this is the role that owns that bet. Enterprise is our next major revenue stream and one of the most strategic bets we're making this year. The motion is fundamentally different from what got us here. Longer cycles, higher stakes, more stakeholders, bigger budgets. The playbook doesn't exist yet, and we're hiring you to build it. You'll own this expansion vector end to end. From day one, you're the person defining how Tacto wins inside the largest industrial groups in the region, and as the motion proves out, you build the team and lead the practice. YOUR TASKS - Set the strategy. Define how Tacto creates the most value inside enterprise accounts. The direction is clear, the path to revenue is yours to design. - Own the deals. Build your own pipeline, run the sales cycles, and close the deals yourself. From first conversation through exec workshops, PoC scoping, commercials, and contract close. - Engage at the top. You're the person CPOs, CFOs, and Management Board members at Europe's most important industrial groups want in the room. Earn their trust and turn it into revenue. - Codify what works. Turn early wins into the playbook the rest of the company runs on, covering pricing, messaging, deal structure, stakeholder engagement, and pilot design. You write it because you ran it. - Orchestrate cross-functionally. Work hand in hand with Product, Sales, CX, and Procurement Advisory to make the enterprise motion work end to end. - Scale what works. Once the motion is proven, hire your team and build the growth engine. YOUR PROFILE - 5+ years in high-performance environments. Tier 1 management consulting at Project Lead / Engagement Manager level or higher, VC-backed startup, or as a founder. Industrial / manufacturing exposure is a strong plus. - You've earned credibility with C-level stakeholders in complex (industrial) organizations and operate naturally inside multi-stakeholder, long-cycle decisions. - Sharp strategic thinker. You can frame an ambiguous opportunity, find the wedge, and translate it into a plan. - Builder mentality. You'd rather create the playbook than execute someone else's, and you're as comfortable in a Vorstand workshop as you are running execution yourself - High agency, strong communication, resilience under ambiguity. - Native German, fluent English. Industry touchpoints in DACH industrial / Mittelstand are a strong plus. WHO THRIVES HERE (AND WHO DOESN'T) This role is for people who can move fast between thinking and doing. You're not starting from zero. There's a proven product, a strong customer base, and clear strategic direction. But the enterprise playbook doesn't exist yet, and you'll need to figure out what works through real-world execution, not slide decks.
