Application Support Analyst Key responsibilities: Support and troubleshoot issues with the platforms. Support existing solutions on the platforms. Track and monitor updates to the platforms and implement necessary updates and changes. Implement, maintain, and continuously review governance and security controls to ensure platform compliance. Skillset (Must have) Possess a degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications. Familiar with languages, such as Angular, React JS, Rest API, JSON, .Net, .Net Core, Bootstrap, MS SharePoint, MS Power Platform, C#, ASP.net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in database and SQL, such as MSSQL, TSQL, Stored Procedure, Function, and Triggers. Experience in supporting infrastructure, such as AWS, Windows Server, IIS, Azure ADFS (SSO), SSL Certificate, Control-M, and PingID. Experience in tools, such as Visual Studio, Gitlab or GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence. Good written and verbal communication skills. Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
