The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: The GTM team at Moloco defines, designs, and executes the commercial strategy for the company — identifying and sizing opportunities, determining how our sales and business development teams pursue them, and enabling those teams to succeed. Within the GTM org, the Regional Product Activation Lead team drives the success of Moloco's products in-market, serving as functional experts and champions for our product suite. The team works closely with Sales and strategic customers to maximize product impact, and connects market intelligence back to our Product and Engineering teams to shape how products are built and brought to market. As a Regional Product Activation Lead, you will be the connective tissue between our customers, our sales team, and our product organization. You will build deep product expertise while staying close to the dynamics of the Korean mobile advertising market — translating customer needs into actionable insights and helping accelerate in-market product adoption. The Opportunity: Drive in-market product adoption : Partner with the Korea Sales team to identify and prioritize opportunities to deepen customer product usage, and develop scalable approaches to onboarding and enablement. Be the voice of the Korean market : Gather and synthesize customer and market feedback, identify recurring themes, and funnel structured input into Moloco's Product Feedback processes. Support and influence the product roadmap : Develop grounded points of view on market challenges and customer needs; capture these in Business Requirements Documents and work with Product/Engineering to drive alignment and action. Enable customer success : Work directly with key customers to understand pain points, identify product gaps and greenfield opportunities, and help them realize the full value of Moloco's platform. Build operational leverage : Identify, design, and improve tools and processes that increase efficiency for Sales and Product Specialists, enabling faster and more consistent product adoption at scale. Communicate with impact : Share product updates, customer insights, and market trends clearly across GTM, Product, and other cross-functional partners — bridging the Korea market with the broader regional team.
