We’re responsible for the user experience on Back Market for customers with after sales issues, customer service agents and sellers of refurbished tech. We improve and innovate through designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating. We evolve it in collaboration with extraordinary people. We do this because we want to make the world a better place (that sounds cheesy, but we mean it!). After all, our goal is to offer more than just an alternative avenue to buy tech products – we want to do e-commerce differently. ♻️ YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇 - Collaborating and supporting the product design team in their daily work - Taking ownership of some design projects that contribute to user and business impact - Helping us flesh out design systems documentation and material - Learning to be a kick-ass product designer!
