This role is designed for a highly experienced professional who will act as a strategic partner to the Onboarding Lead, providing a sophisticated "sound check" for complex cases and ensuring the integrity of the client lifecycle. The successful candidate will move beyond a traditional compliance mindset to become a business partner, balancing rigorous risk mitigation with the broader organisation's operational needs.
