You bring strong technical experience, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to building reliable and scalable systems that support business-critical operations. You will thrive in this role if you are: Curious about solving complex technical challenges Comfortable working closely with cross-functional and support teams Dedicated to building reliable, maintainable cloud solutions Experienced in environments where stability, support, and continuous improvement are essential Role responsibilities Design, build, and support cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools Develop and maintain backend services and automation scripts Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient deployments Provide L2/L3 support, including incident troubleshooting and resolution Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings clearly Collaborate with engineers, operations, and business teams to support Oracle Retail solutions Manage source code using version control systems and follow best practices Support the stability, performance, and security of cloud-based environments Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or Shell Backend development experience using Python, Java, or similar languages Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform and/or Ansible) Experience using version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab) Proven experience providing L2/L3 production support , including troubleshooting and RCA documentation Upper-intermediate English level (spoken and written) Nice to have qualifications The following are beneficial but not required: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience with Xstore POS or Oracle Retail solutions Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or cloud-native monitoring services Experience working in a retail or enterprise systems environment A collaborative, supportive, and conscientious working style Interest in continuously improving system reliability and operational processes If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
