You bring strong expertise in Google Cloud technologies, architecture, and engineering practices, along with a collaborative mindset and a drive to create impactful digital experiences. You will thrive in this role if you are: Passionate about cloud technologies, AI, and modern architectures Comfortable bridging business needs with technical solutions A collaborative team player who enjoys knowledge sharing Excited to work in dynamic, fast-evolving technical environments Experienced working with Agile teams and consulting environments Role responsibilities Design and implement scalable and secure solutions on Google Cloud Platform Provide technical guidance and consultancy to internal and client teams Lead architectural discussions and solution workshops with clients Support modern data, AI, GenAI, and cloud transformation initiatives Build greenfield cloud-native applications and modernization programs Support workload migration and infrastructure modernization projects Collaborate with development teams on cloud engineering and release processes Produce high-quality technical documentation and solution designs Stay updated on Google Cloud innovations and share knowledge with internal teams Contribute to the growth of the internal Google Cloud community at Valtech Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, architecture, development At least 2 years of hands-on experience with core Google Cloud services Experience with Google Cloud data services such as BigQuery or Dataflow Knowledge of f ormerly Vertex AI or Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience / Gemini Enterprise. Professional Google Cloud certification (e.g. Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Developer) Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and infrastructure pipeline concepts Converting business requirements into scalable and production ready archit ecture Understanding of cloud security best practices Experience working in Agile environments Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English Nice to have qualifications Experience designing and implementing Data Platform solutions such as CloudSQL , Spanner or AlloyDB . Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes or Cloud Run Experience designing and implementing multi-cloud solutions Programming knowledge in languages such as Java and Python Experience with Data ingestion pipeline s If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
