ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Community & Content Marketing Manager to help us grow and engage a passionate audience of healthcare professionals, especially on Reddit, within our own platform community, and across social media. This is a role built for someone who lives on the internet, genuinely cares about healthcare workers, and has a knack for creating content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial clinicians. You'll be part researcher, part creator, part community host, and part strategist. A meaningful part of this role is nurturing and reactivating our existing base of 2.7M healthcare professionals to turn dormant users into active community members and helping current users get more value from Vivian. One day you're diving into Reddit threads to understand what travel nurses are anxious about right now; the next you're turning that insight into a TikTok, an SEO-optimized blog post, or a community discussion on our platform. You'll also help shape how Vivian shows up in AI-powered search, ensuring our content is structured and authoritative enough to be surfaced by large language models. WHAT YOU'LL DO: COMMUNITY BUILDING - Help build and nurture an on-platform community for healthcare professionals - creating spaces for connection, career advice, and peer support. - Build and manage Vivian Health’s presence across social channels — including Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — participating authentically and building credibility with healthcare professionals. - Engage daily with healthcare professionals across channels, responding to comments, DMs, and threads with genuine helpfulness. - Identify and build relationships with key voices in the healthcare professional community CONTENT STRATEGY & CREATION - Own and manage the editorial content calendar, keeping channels active, timely, and relevant across LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Research what healthcare professionals care about right now- from licensing and pay trends to burnout and career pivots - and turn insights into compelling content. - Write short-form and long-form content: social captions, blog posts, Reddit AMAs, newsletter blurbs, video scripts, landing pages, and website copy that supports both brand awareness and lead generation. - Help craft the content for our monthly newsletter, turning community insights and trending topics into engaging updates for healthcare professionals. - Collaborate with design and video teams (or produce lo-fi content yourself) to bring ideas to life. - Partner with CRM and product teams to identify lifecycle moments (e.g., license renewal season, contract end dates, burnout peaks) and deliver timely, relevant content that drives re-engagement. - Create content and programming that gives existing users ongoing reasons to return — from community discussions and Q&As to newsletters and platform updates. SEO MANAGEMENT - Lead on-page SEO initiatives including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content structuring to increase organic traffic and visibility. - Audit website health and monitor search rankings, collaborating with content and web teams to continuously improve overall search p
