Senior Client Success Managers are trusted thought partners who lead day-to-day operations for high-value or high-complexity accounts, bringing clarity to performance discussions and consistency to execution. They anticipate risks before they escalate, flag gaps or inefficiencies across the workflow, and help ensure a seamless client experience. They collaborate fluidly across internal teams, aligning efforts and priorities to support the client’s goals. They also own billing accuracy for their accounts — validating correct rates, addressing discrepancies, and beginning to build insight into historical billing patterns and seasonal trends. Their knowledge of the Innovid platform allows them to connect performance data to broader business outcomes and help clients see value in both delivery and long-term planning. They support client health management and account planning by surfacing growth opportunities, guiding internal alignment, and contributing to the story of long-term value. At this stage, they share responsibility for revenue retention and growth — ensuring executional excellence, surfacing risks or churn signals early, and helping to sustain and expand the business in partnership with Sales and leadership. What You Will Do: Serve as the primary strategic and operational owner for a portfolio of high-value or high-complexity client accounts, ensuring a consistently strong client experience. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by connecting campaign execution, performance data, and platform capabilities to broader business objectives. Partner closely with Sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate client goals into actionable plans, aligning short-term delivery with long-term account strategy. Lead proactive, insight-driven client conversations, identifying risks, surfacing opportunities, and guiding discussions toward retention and growth. Own coordination across internal teams (e.g., Ad Ops, Product, Finance, Sales) to ensure clear accountability, timelines, and execution quality. Take a leadership role in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by shaping the narrative, synthesizing insights, and recommending forward-looking strategies. Support revenue retention and expansion by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, flagging churn risks early, and reinforcing Innovid’s long-term value. Ensure billing accuracy and financial integrity for assigned accounts by validating rates, resolving discrepancies, and building awareness of historical and seasonal trends. Continuously assess workflows and processes, flagging inefficiencies or gaps and contributing to improvements that enhance scalability and client health. Occasional travel may be required to support client and business needs What You Will Need: Strong project and account management skills, with the ability to own end-to-end execution across multiple stakeholders and priorities. Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage complexity, dependencies, and shifting timelines without losing attention to detail. Comfort working with data, including advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and performance storytelling. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in client deliverables, reporting, and billing validation. A proactive, self-directed working style with a clear sense of ownership
