We’re looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join our growing commercial organization and lead a team of Account Executives across key holding companies in Chicago as well as the larger territory of Minneapolis and Wisconsin. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this highly visible leadership role will drive regional revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and coach a high-performing sales team responsible for a significant portion of the business. The ideal candidate is a proven revenue and people leader with deep expertise across the programmatic ecosystem, including Managed Service, PMPs, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, and Display, along with strong agency and brand relationships. This person will play a critical role in shaping market strategy, growing market share, strengthening executive partnerships, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. This role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a passion for building teams, solving complex business challenges, and delivering meaningful client and company results....all while having fun, celebrating wins, and building a team culture people want to be part of!
