We're seeking a revenue accountable Enterprise Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic deal partner and solutions lead for our growing Enterprise segment. In this role, you'll translate complex operational and clinical pain points into clear, compelling narratives — accelerating deal velocity and helping executive stakeholders see and feel the value of Elation's platform within the context of Value-Based Care and real-world workflows. You've spent years doing exactly this kind of work — mapping pain, structuring stories, and presenting to executives. You've built real expertise managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations. A key part of that storytelling and problem-solving will involve leveraging modern tools, including AI. At Elation, you'll have real access to AI-powered workflows, guidance, and the opportunity to experiment. Whether you've already used AI extensively or are just starting to explore it, we're looking for someone who is curious and thoughtful in how they apply it, with a focus on using it responsibly to better support clinicians and improve outcomes. Responsibilities Discovery-Led Solution Design Lead in-depth discovery with technical, operational, and clinical leaders — and arrive with a point of view on what needs to be proven before the room even fills. Own structured discovery as a strategic discipline. Surface the clinical, operational, and financial drivers behind stated needs, then build a deal thesis that maps Elation's platform, services, and partner ecosystem directly to those outcomes. Translate discovery into tailored demos & demo narratives that map customer workflows, pain points, and business goals to Elation's differentiated value. Know what each session needs to accomplish and build toward it. Engage executives with clear ROI, time-to-value, and strategic impact. Make it easy for a CMO or COO to see exactly why Elation is the right choice for their organization. Deliver compelling product demonstrations built around this customer's world — their workflows, their pain, their goals — with mastery of both product and prospect context. Present with confidence and executive presence across senior clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. Deal Intelligence & Pursuit Strategy Build the intelligence brief before demos begin — Translate that intelligence into a written win thesis: what the customer must believe, what Elation must prove, and how the demo and commercial sequence builds toward a decision. Structure complex information into crisp, easy-to-follow narratives for internal deal prep. Help the team show up differentiated and prepared. Manage the full solutions workstream for $100K–$250K+ pursuits — coordinating internal preparation, tracking open items, and keeping deal momentum moving across multi-session, multi-stakeholder engagements. Product Expertise Map provider-centric workflows and align product capabilities to customer needs and ROI drivers. Build deep enough product fluency to address clinical and workflow questions with confidence, knowing when to bring in additional expertise. Own RFP/RFI coordination with high-quality, differentiating responses. Leverage domain depth in Value-Based Care and real-world workflows to shape how prospects define their own decision criteria. Qualifications 5+ years in a solutions, pre-sales, or consulting role with healthcare experience.. You're at the cusp of Engagement Manager or equivalent — you've developed a deep skillset, managed senior client relationships, and you're ready to step into a role where you drive business outcomes directly.
