Role overview As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving member engagement and enrollment in the 2nd.MD Program with Transcarent. This is an outbound focused role for someone who is energized by influencing decisions through meaningful conversations. You will proactively connect with eligible members, clearly articulate the value of Transcarent’s 2nd MD Service, overcome hesitation, and motivate action. Success in this role requires strong persuasive communication, resilience, and the ability to consistently perform against defined engagement and enrollment goals while maintaining a positive, professional member experience. This role is ideal for someone with inside sales experience who enjoys dialing, objection handling, and converting interest into action. A Day in the Life Outbound, cold calling (100+ calls per day) to engage eligible members Drive member activation and enrollment by confidently positioning the value and benefits of Transcarent and 2nd.MD services Use consultative selling techniques to understand member needs, address concerns, and overcome objections Collect relevant health and background information and route members efficiently to the appropriate clinical resources Build rapport quickly and establish trust to influence member decision-making Manage follow-up activities to re-engage members and close enrollment opportunities Accurately document conversations, outcomes, and next steps in internal systems Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach and follow-up activities Collaborate with an integrated care team to support timely care coordination Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including engagement and enrollment metrics What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales experience required Proven success in high-volume outbound calling Available to work the following schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (7a - 4p PST / 8a - 5p MST / 10a - 7p EST) and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach Comfort working toward individual performance targets Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills Job Type: Remote, Full-Time Base Rate : $20.50/hour + uncapped monthly sales incentive bonus Who we are Transcarent is the One Place for Health and Careᵀᴹ, bringing medical, pharmacy, and point solutions together with the WayFinding ᵀᴹ experience, the first and only generative AI-powered health and care platform for health consumers.
