We are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Copenhagen and help bring the CAIA experience to life in our store. The Role As Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key member of the store leadership team and the Store Manager's closest partner in driving daily operations, sales performance and team development. You will lead by example on the shop floor, creating exceptional customer experiences while supporting the team to reach ambitious goals. When needed, you will confidently take ownership of the store and ensure smooth operations in the Store Manager's absence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves beauty and enjoys coaching and developing others. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the CAIA brand. Provide expert product recommendations and personalized beauty advice. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care. Ensure every customer feels welcomed, inspired and confident in their purchase decisions. Sales & Performance Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Lead by example through strong sales performance and customer engagement. Motivate the team to deliver excellent results and create a high-energy sales culture. Monitor daily performance and identify opportunities to drive growth. Team Leadership Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members. Coach and develop the team through ongoing feedback and support. Help create an inclusive, positive and high-performing team environment. Act as a role model for CAIA's values and ways of working. Visual Merchandising Ensure the store is consistently presented according to CAIA's visual standards. Execute product launches, campaigns and seasonal updates together with CAIA HQ retail team. Maintain a clean, organized and inspiring store environment. Operations & Administration Support inventory management, stock replenishment and deliveries. Assist with scheduling, reporting and daily administrative tasks. Ensure operational routines, policies and procedures are followed. Support opening and closing procedures and ensure a safe working environment. Who We're Looking For Previous experience in a retail leadership role, such as Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor or similar. Experience from the beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle industry is highly valued. A natural leader who enjoys coaching, motivating and developing others. Strong commercial mindset with a passion for sales and customer experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive, proactive and solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Passionate about beauty, trends and creating memorable customer experiences. Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
