Based in our Copenhagen HQ, you’ll be the first human connection for the people behind some of the world’s most innovative IoT products. This isn’t about pushing a pitch. It’s about sparking meaningful conversations from scratch, finding the right people, uncovering their challenges, and helping them see how Onomondo can unlock new possibilities for their business. What You’ll Be Doing Your role as BDR is to generate new sales opportunities by initiating high-quality outbound engagement with target accounts. The role drives top-of-funnel growth, creates early customer connections, and fuels the pipeline for AEs, helping Onomondo scale in key markets. This role doesn’t just build a pipeline; it allows innovators to bring more innovative connected products to market faster. Specifically, your role will consist of the following: Execute targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to generate net-new pipeline (≈ 500 activities/week). Identify and engage prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across priority verticals and regions. Qualify prospects through discovery to assess business needs, timing, and fit, ensuring opportunities meet handover criteria. Build knowledge in our core verticals (logistics, mobility, etc.) to strengthen outreach relevance and customer understanding. Book meetings with qualified prospects and hand them over to the assigned Account Executive with full context. Maintain CRM hygiene: update lead stages daily, log all outreach activities, and manage tasks in HubSpot. Collaborate with MRAs to refine prospect lists, improve targeting, and share market feedback. Continuously test and adapt messaging for personalization and relevance, based on response data and conversion insights. Participate in weekly pipeline syncs and feedback sessions with AEs, BDR Team Lead, and RevOps. What You Bring Fluent English; you’ll prospect and collaborate in English. Ideally, experience in a BDR/SDR role within complex B2B sales (e.g. SaaS, connectivity, hardware, or tech-enabled services), where you have experience targeting ICP accounts, managing outreach cadences, as well as a proven track record in cold calling and messaging We are equally open to candidates who have built strong communication and resilience in other high-paced, people-facing environments (e.g. hospitality, service industry, or other roles that require consistent interpersonal engagement). Demonstrated consistency, resilience, and drive in high-pressure settings – whether professional or personal. Background in competitive sports at a high level is not required, but considered a strong plus. Nice to Have Skills: HubSpot proficiency - you’ll be expected to manage your own sequences, track activities, and keep your pipeline data squeaky clean. Familiarity with IoT or connectivity space - helps you speak the customer’s language and spot relevant use cases from day one.
