We are super excited to announce that Michael Jerlin is looking for a Business Operations Lead to join Voyado. Voyado is scaling fast, across teams, countries, systems and processes. As we continue to grow, we need to make sure the way we operate internally scales with us. As we continue to grow, we see a significant opportunity to simplify how we work through better systems, integrations, automation and AI-enabled ways of working. Becoming an AI-native company is one of Voyado’s most important business priorities and a key part of that journey. About the role This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys improving how organizations actually work in practice. You’ll work across Finance, People & Culture, IT and Legal to simplify workflows, improve systems and help teams operate more smoothly as Voyado continues to scale. You’ll spend your time identifying operational friction, connecting people, processes and systems, and driving improvements that make work simpler, more scalable and less dependent on manual effort. You won’t be expected to be the technical expert in every system, but you should be comfortable understanding how systems, data and processes connect, and helping the business and IT move in the same direction. A key part of the role is helping Voyado become a more AI-native company by identifying opportunities where automation and AI can remove repetitive work and improve the employee experience. Success in this role is not measured by the number of initiatives you start, but by the operational friction you remove. If you’re successful, managers spend less time navigating systems, data is more reliable, processes are easier to follow, and teams spend less time on administration and more time creating value. Some of the things you'll be up to: Mapping and improving operational workflows across Finance, People & Culture, IT and Legal Identifying bottlenecks, disconnected systems and manual workarounds — and helping teams solve the root causes Supporting system implementations, migrations and operational improvement initiatives Reducing manual work through automation, integrations and AI-enabled workflows Working closely with business and IT stakeholders to create more scalable processes, systems and ways of working So, who are you? We care more about how you think and solve problems than your exact background. You’re probably someone who naturally notices inefficiencies and starts thinking about how to simplify them. When you see repetitive manual work, your instinct is to improve the process, automate parts of it or connect systems in a smarter way — not just add more administration around it. You enjoy working close to operations, systems and people at the same time. You don’t need to be deeply technical, but you should feel comfortable understanding how systems, integrations and data flows connect across an organization, and working closely with IT and technical stakeholders. We’re also looking for someone with an AI-native mindset. You’re curious about new capabilities, actively explore how AI can improve workflows and decision-making, and naturally look for opportunities to remove friction through automation and AI-enabled ways of working. We believe you likely have experience with several of the following: Business Operations, RevOps, Product Operations or internal operational improvement work Technical or systems-focused roles where you’ve worked close to business processes, systems and integrations ERP, HRIS, payroll, billing or operational tooling Process improvement, systems implementation or operational scaling Working cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders Automation tooling, AI-enabled workflows or operational efficiency initiatives International organizations with multiple entities, systems or processes We also think you: enjoy building structure in environments that are still evolving are pragmatic and execution-oriented rather than overly process-heavy communicate clearly
